Our firm offers over 30 years of experience in the healthcare industry as well as over 50 years of combined experience working in mental health lockdown, skilled nursing, RCFE (memory care unit), prison system, ARF - level 4I, specialized, EBSH and crisis homes. We offer training from certified instructors along with hands-on experience and 1st hand knowledge. Additionally, our parent company owns several EBSH facilities, SLS services, CFS services, and Social Recreation programs services. We gladly travel to your site / area with a minimum of eight participants throughout California due to our expansive network of locations.
Our dedicated staff members receive ongoing training and have the most updated information. Our committed staff have the most current information from Title 22 and Title 17. Our staff members have over 30 years of combined experience working on the floor dealing with 5150’s as well as medical and behavioral crisis. In addition, our staff members have several years of experience preparing for State Audits as well as successfully contesting any cited deficiencies and investigations. Moreover, our CEO holds two degrees: one in Psychology and one in Healthcare Management.

Some of our credentials include CPI Instructor, Medication Certified Instructors, RBT Certified, and Board Certified Activities Director. All our training services are consolidated in one place, with multiple classes designed to address education and issues within flexible class schedules to fit your needs. It is a fully integrated resource offering competent trainers for adult care providers, adult residential providers, or residential care.
Our classes are organized by a syllabus that is previously approved by the authorized Community Care Licensing. These classes ensure to advance quality care, human services, and staff development where needed.
We are an approved vendor that provides in-service training for adults, and CEU’s for the renewal of ARF and RCFE Administrators.
Classes under 7 are $300 per person (40 CEU’s)
Group Packages of 8 or More are $250 per person (40 CEU’s)
